Absolutely. While the offensive system books cover concepts used at the high school and college level, the drills and principles are adaptable to any age group. Practice Drills for Ball Toughness was specifically written with youth coaches in mind.

About Coach DeForest

Coach Lee DeForest has been coaching basketball for almost 20 years. He won a state championship in 2011 using his variation of the Princeton Offense. He grew up in a small town in Kentucky and has published five books on basketball coaching strategy that have connected him with coaches around the world.

Coach DeForest is most known for his variation of the Princeton Offense, which he used to win the 2011 state title. His books also cover the Multiple Option Offense (based on Bill Self's Kansas system), the Dribble Drive Motion Offense, and the San Antonio Spurs offensive system.
